Description

Your role as a credit intermediary is to drive the development and growth of your network of real estate agents/referrers, while advising and negotiating the best financing solutions for your end clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, develop, and retain your network of business introducers (real estate agents, financial advisors, property developers, etc.).
  • Identify the best financing solutions for clients, with the support of your sales director and the offers from our banking partners.
  • Lead the commercial negotiation all the way through to ensure the client accepts the financing proposal.
  • Ensure high-quality follow-up at every stage of the process until final completion (verification of proper issuance of offers, insurance approvals, and signing arrangements).
  • Support clients through to the official signing of the contract.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a credit intermediary or in similar roles within the financial/banking sector.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Portuguese (French and/or English are a plus).
  • Qualification to work as a credit intermediary or willingness to complete the required training.
