About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product roadmap, aligning with the company's vision and objectives.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
- Analyze market trends and user needs to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Create and manage product backlogs, ensuring task prioritization based on customer value and strategic alignment.
- Conduct sprint review and planning meetings, facilitating communication and collaboration among teams.
- Monitor product performance, using metrics to inform decisions and continuous improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Owner or similar role. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and product management practices. Experience in managing complex digital products, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
