About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers to ensure high-quality software delivery
- Design and implement an internal QA automation framework
- Develop and execute automated test scripts, identifying and reporting bugs
- Improve CI integration and enhance testing processes
- Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to define test plans and validate requirements
- Monitor and analyze test results, continuously improving test coverage
- Manage and maintain QA test environments, including test datasets and integrations (DB, Queues, APIs, etc.)
- Maintain clear technical documentation and build the QA Automation Roadmap
Requirements
- Proven experience as a QA Automation Team Leader or Senior QA Engineer
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript testing frameworks (Jest preferred)
- Solid understanding of OpenAPI specifications and Git (GitHub preferred)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and test management tools (Qase.io, Jira preferred)
- Familiarity with CI integration (GitHub Actions preferred)
- ISTQB certification is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Fluent in English
