And guess what — we're hiring for an Internship as a Human Resources/Tech Recruiter!
Main Responsabilities
- Analyze digital profiles and understand role requirements
- Source Candidates via LinkedIn Outreach, Job postings, Network events, etc.
- Screen candidates and lead them through the interview process
- Produce reports and improve the recruiting process
- Suggest improvements, contribute, and leave your mark!
Who you are
- Currently you are studying Human Resources (preferable) or any related university program (Business School students are also applicable)
- Strong English communication skills is a must
- French/Spanish is a plus
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
- A people person who loves to communicate and with great interpersonal skills
- You like challenges, are excited by taking responsibility
- Team-player, you can both work collaboratively as in autonomy
- Interested in a start-up environment and working with a multicultural team
