Responsibilities
Within the Accounting Expertise department, under the supervision of a Mission Manager, you will be responsible for a diversified client portfolio (across multiple sectors). Your main responsibilities includ
- Daily monitoring of your files
- Supervision of the accounting entries carried out by assistants
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
- Bank reconciliations
- Preparation of tax declarations
- Compilation of balance sheets
- Preparation of tax returns
- Support and advice for clients (establishing a long-term trust relationship).
Requirements
- With higher education in accounting, you must have significant experience, preferably gained in an accounting firm.
- You are adept at working in a team (interacting between different offices of the firm in the Paris region, London, Porto, and Lisbon) and possess strong interpersonal skills that enable you to maintain a quality relationship with our clients.
- You enjoy working in a dynamic, modern, and international environment.
- Your affinity for digital tools will enable you to analyze and simplify numbers to bring them to life and provide meaning to your clients in their business.
- Ideally, you are familiar with software such as Cegid, Excel, and Cash Manager.
- French speaker with proficiency in English and/or Portuguese would be highly appreciated!
