About the role
Responsibilities
Within the Accounting Expertise department, in direct collaboration with the certified partners of the firm, you will be responsible for a diverse client portfolio (mostly SMEs/TPMs) while ensuring the following missions:
- Supervision and management of a team of junior and experienced collaborators
- Daily support and guidance for the team of collaborators in their production roles
- Organization, coordination, and alignment of the service
- Continuous improvement of team performance by enhancing their skill levels and supporting them in optimizing processes and methods
- Expansion of client offerings (proposal of new services, etc.)
- Optimization of tools
- Review and closure of accounts
- Preparation of balance sheets and tax returns
- Preparation of tax declarations
- Execution of special missions
- Support and advice for clients (establishing a long-term trust relationship)
- Steering and animating the client relationship
- Contribution to the development of the firm's missions.
Requirements
- With higher education in accounting, you must have significant experience, preferably gained in an accounting firm.
- You are adept at working in a team (interacting between different offices of the firm in the Paris region, London, Porto, and Lisbon) and possess strong interpersonal skills that enable you to maintain a quality relationship with our clients.
- You enjoy working in a dynamic, modern, and international environment.
- Your affinity for digital tools will enable you to analyze and simplify numbers to bring them to life and provide meaning to your clients in their business.
- Ideally, you are familiar with software such as Cegid, Excel, and Cash Manager.
- Proficiency in English and/or Portuguese would be highly appreciated!
