Responsabilities
As CTO and Co-Founder, you will be responsible for building and scaling the mobile application and tech infrastructure from the ground up. You will shape the product, lead tech decisions, and bring your vision and skills into a purpose-driven startup.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Full-Stack Developer with mobile app focus
- ReactNative knowledge (or related).
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles
- Degree in Computer Science (or similar), obtained within the last 5 years
- Based in the EU (relocation-friendly)
- Available from August 2025 with at least 70% capacity
- A hands-on builder mindset, with a desire to take product ownership
- Passionate about improving health outcomes through technology

KauSchlau is a digital health solution for people suffering from jaw pain (bruxism / TMJ disorders). With physiotherapists and dental experts, they are building a structured, evidence-based app that empowers users through guided self-therapy.
They have a validated concept, early recognition through awards and hackathons, and access to a fast-growing digital health market. Now, we’re looking for a tech co-founder to join our journey.
