We are Effibranding (powered by Effitalents), a humble - but fearless! - employer branding communication agency based in Lisbon.
With several years of experience in tech recruitment with Effitalents, we are more than ever aware of the importance of a company's employer brand. We offer companies the implementation of one or more (web) marketing tools such as the creation of landing pages, social media management, or the creation and management of ads with Google Ads or Facebook Ads. All of this is aimed at enhancing communication, promoting the employer brand, and generating interest from potential candidates for clients.
What you will do
1 - Your work will be heavily focused on
- Ideation,
- Creation,
- Publication
- Management of content for social media: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
You will have the opportunity to gain autonomy in your tasks, be proactive, and unleash your creativity.
2 - You will also assist the marketing manager in various activities such as:
- Branding
- 16:9 presentations,
- Newsletters,
- Advertising,
- Webdesign,
- Marketing strategy.
Who you are
- You are proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
- You are a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- You are creative and enjoy spending time on social media? This offer is made for you!
- Proficiency in French (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2) is essential.
- Good communication in Portuguese and knowledges in Spanish are pluses.
- If you use Photoshop or Illustrator, it's an advantage.
- Interested in a startup environment
