About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze user needs.
- Handle various tickets across your areas of expertise (FI, CO, FM) for multiple clients.
- Participate in workshops with our TMA clients to improve their SAP systems Develop processes.
- Define and implement SAP solutions based on client needs.
- Design and configure solutions, ensuring integration with other modules.
- Write functional specifications for interfaces, custom modules, forms, reports, and data migrations.
- Test and document solutions.
- Support team development (expertise, methods, processes).
- Assist users change management, training, and technical support.
Requirements
- Significant experience with SAP Finance modules (FI, CO, FM).
- Strong knowledge of financial business processes and related IT challenges
- TMA (Third-Party Application Maintenance) experience you thrive on teamwork
- Ability to handle complex business topics maintaining close collaboration with clients and end users
- Adaptability and versatility managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Autonomous and proactive taking charge of the full lifecycle of SAP solutions
- Strong attention to detail and client-oriented mindset ensuring contractual commitments are met
- Bonus Skills: Experience in a shared TMA environment (multi-client)
- Desire to evolve into a "TMA Account Lead" role S/4 HANA knowledge
- Curiosity and a passion for innovation
Language Skills:
- French proficiency (mandatory)
- Portuguese proficiency (mandatory or EN speaker)
- Professional/technical English, with the ability to handle calls, meetings, and emails with clients independently (a plus)
