Responsibilities
- Full-stack software development with strong focus on business value maximization
- Close collaboration with business analysts and business stakeholders for requirement gathering
- Participation in regular scrum activities
- Pro-active participation on team-organized efforts for technical platform improvements
- Unit testing and collaboration with quality assurance team for regression testing
- Collaboration with business support team to ensure stability of productive systems
Requirements
- Business fluency in English
- Capacity and flexibility for context switching
- Strong professional experience in Scala and functional software development in general
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with relational database systems
- Experience with API design
- Experience with microservice architectures
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (nice to have)
- Knowledge of Akka / Cats / FS2 / Kafka / Docker / Kubernetes / Jenkins
- Professional experience in the financial industry
- Familiarity with CQRS and event sourcing
