Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer you will have a unique and exciting opportunity to join a young and dynamic company, committed to delivering value added services in the investment product space:
- you will be part of the IT Development department,
- responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining key business applications and services for our client facing pricing and trading Constructor platform
- As part of the Constructor Development team, you enjoy high visibility and the opportunity to make huge positive impact on the overall business performance
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Full-stack software development with strong focus on business value maximization
- Close collaboration with business analysts and business stakeholders for requirement gathering
- Participation in regular scrum activities Pro-active participation on team-organized efforts for technical platform improvements
- Unit testing and collaboration with quality assurance team for regression testing
- Collaboration with business support team to ensure stability of productive system
Requirements
- Business fluency in English
- Capacity and flexibility for context switching
- Strong professional experience in Scala and functional software development in general
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with relational database systems
- Experience with API design
- Experience with microservice architectures
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
NICE TO HAVE
- Knowledge of Akka / Cats / FS2 / Kafka / Docker / Kubernetes / Jenkins
- Professional experience in the financial industry
- Familiarity with CQRS and event sourcing
