Responsibilities
As an Application Support Analyst, you will be expected to provide timely resolution of functional issues in a complex financial environment, with various applications and architecture.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Manage production incidents and user requests,
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to support the day-to-day activities,
- Perform continuous monitoring of systems stability,
- Provide relevant, high quality and timely communication to the customer,
- Finally, get prepared to learn the best Application Support practices and gain financial expertise with experienced professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelors/Master in computer science, engineering, or equivalent job experiencem,
- Proficiency in English,
- Knowledge of SQL (SQL Server and Oracle),
- Unix/Linux systems,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and work in a multitasking environment,
- Patience when handling difficult cases,
- Commitment and desire to deliver high quality in your work,
- Attention to detail,
- Team spirit, high energy and initiative.
