About the role:

The Senior Solutions Consultant will partner with Tradebeyond retail clients’ key business users and IT organizations to design, configure, test and implement value-added business solutions built on the Tradebeyond platform. You will understand the digital goals of some of retails biggest names, from the high level down to the minutiae. Effectively and creatively translating these business goals into requirements that will be met by your roadmap of strategic consultancy and conversion optimization campaigns. You will deliver results and insight to demonstrate overarching value from customer investment.

Working with our team of consultants, you will ensure customers achieve their agreed optimization goals; including increasing overall revenue, speed to market and cost reduction and providing guidance on their overall product development and supply chain strategy. You will leverage a range of analysis, testing and optimization techniques to help achieve your customer’s goals.

In addition, you will drive demand for Tradebeyond consultancy, identifying opportunities where additional support and guidance from the Tradebeyond Consulting team will be beneficial to client success. Meanwhile, maintaining strong relationships with client senior stakeholders and full awareness of their shifting priorities.


  • Review, clarify and document business requirement details with client’s subject matter experts.
  • Work with client to specify detailed workflows on current “as-is” and provide best practice input in the definition of proposed “to-be” process(s).
  • Prepare detailed specifications (including business logics, use cases, data model, integration formats) for configuration and customization.
  • Liaise with and support the Tradebeyond implementation team on configuration and customization.
  • Work with Tradebeyond Asia based R&D and quality assurance teams to ensure the clients software solution needs are met.
  • Configure the Tradebeyond Cloud application to support the clients’ business processes.
  • Prepare for and conduct conference room pilots for clients, demonstrating the capabilities of the Tradebeyond Cloud suite.
  • Work closely with client and implementation partner team members in the definition and execution of test scripts; support internal QA team and client representatives in test execution.
  • Prepare process, installation, operating procedure and user/trainer training documentation; provide training and support to client of standard package and tailored system; support the delivery of end user and train-the-trainer training sessions.
  • Accurate and timely administration of project progress, documentation, budget and resource utilization reporting.


  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements elicitation
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Preferably with systems integration experience
  • Familiarity with some or all of these technologies a plus: Java, XML, J2EE, JSON, API
  • Familiarity in Agile Development, particularly Scrum or Kanban
  • Scrum Master experience is an advantage
  • Retail / Consumer products experience (business or information technology) is a plus
  • Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Travel Requirement: able to travel, as required on projects
