Description

Responsabilities:

  • Working with user support
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Windows environment is essential
  • Basic knowledge of computer networks
  • Manage a few simple projects (annual objectives) in addition to day-to-day activities
  • Experience of the Microsoft Intune product is a plus
  • Experience in creating Windows images for new computers via MDT is a plus

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate would be a young and capable helpdesk profile looking to grow in an international company, 
  • Knowing the basics of microsoft environment (intune etc)
  • With high capacity of adaptation to requests and people 
  • Able to take ownership on his tasks,
  • Communicate well in English orally or in writing
