Middle-senior experience is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate business requirements, processes, and systems.
  • Ensuring alignment with Natixis’s strategies and goals.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure business needs are understood and met.
  • Effectively share information with the team, promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Apply financial knowledge to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct proactive research to identify innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Manage and prioritize the project backlog using tools like Jira and agile methodologies, including Scrum.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on Sharepoint, contributing to the team’s collective knowledge.
  • Participate in all production cycle phases, including functional testing and web solution implementation.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all levels of the organization.
