Success in This Role:

• First 3 months: Develop a Technology and Product Roadmap, and review our current technology strategy.
• First 6 months: Hire key tech team members and refine prototypes based on feedback.
• First 12 months: Complete the Engineering Validation Test (EVT) phase and advance to the Design Validation Test (DVT) phase, focusing on inclusivity and user experience.
