• Technical excellence: Proficiency in building scalable applications with ASP.NET/C#
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and API development
• Problem-Solving Prowess: Ability to tackle complex challenges with innovative solutions
• Curiosity and Eagerness to Learn: Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
• Must be willing to learn about the capital market industry and structured products
• Collaboration: Experience working in agile teams and a strong desire to collaborate with peers and business stakeholders
• Communication Skills: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly

Nice to have:

• Experience with capital markets
• Experience with position-keeping systems like Sophis
• Familiarity with design thinking techniques and iterative sprints
• Experience with messaging systems integration (e.g. RMQ, Kafka)
